By registering an account, searching job vacancies, or submitting a job application through the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.

1. The NRI Jobs Platform Service

NRI Jobs operates as an overseas recruitment technology platform connecting skilled workers and candidates with verified employers and licensed recruitment agents worldwide. Through the mobile app, users can browse international openings, save vacancies, submit resumes (CVs), manage their professional profile, and track their application progress.

2. Candidate Accounts and Security

To access profile synchronization and application features, you must maintain accurate, current account details:

• You must provide truthful and verified information regarding your name, contact phone/WhatsApp number, qualifications, and work history.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and one-time password (OTP) codes.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your candidate account.

3. Job Applications and Resume Uploads

When you apply for a job vacancy or upload a CV (PDF or DOCX format) through the platform:

• You grant NRI Jobs and the designated hiring employer or authorized recruitment agent permission to review your resume and contact you regarding recruitment procedures.
• You represent that all uploaded credentials, certificates, and work experience representations are authentic and belong to you.
• NRI Jobs does not guarantee job selection or visa issuance, as hiring decisions remain exclusively with the prospective employer and relevant immigration authorities.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

By using the app, you agree that you will not:

• Submit fraudulent, forged, or misleading resumes, documents, or personal credentials.
• Circumvent, disable, or tamper with security or authentication mechanisms of the app or backend APIs.
• Scrape, index, or harvest job listings or candidate data through automated scripts or bots.
• Use the platform to distribute unsolicited communications, spam, or malicious software.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the NRI Jobs platform, including trademarks, logos, visual layouts, and software interfaces, are the exclusive property of NRILabor.com. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the application without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and job vacancy data are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to verify employer listings, validity periods, and service details, NRI Jobs makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific employment outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NRI Jobs and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from employment contractual disputes, visa processing decisions, or service interruptions.

9. Amendments and Updates

We reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically. Any modifications will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the application following updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
